Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
Fugro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for generating leads, opportunities, and sales of Fugro's products and services in a region or business lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify business opportunities and develop proposals.
- Collaborate with proposal management and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain commercial market knowledge to aid in tendering strategies.
- Develop and maintain company sales literature, including website marketing content.
- Organize corporate hospitality events and promotions.
- Gather business intelligence with respect to clients and competitors.
- Assist in the preparation and control of company marketing budgets.
- Provide market information and assessments to management as required.
- Ensure efficient use of assets and manpower, including facilitation and coordination of marketing resources within Business Lines.
- When required, ensure timely production of detailed technical/commercial proposals in compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Keep abreast of advantageous new technologies which may be promoted to clients.
- Liaison and development of productive relationships with Fugro entities. Keep updated with current company offshore practice.
- Ensure marketing activities are conducted in accordance with company's QA/HSE processes.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Equivalent in surveying/engineering.
- MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in survey industry or similar industry.
- Min. 3 years experience in project management.
- Thorough knowledge of company's core business. (Energy, Infrastructure & Water)
- Conversant in English Language.

HSE Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring safety of self and others at site. Prevent damage of equipment and assets Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices Responsible for using appropriate PPE's Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse any to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his work place. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe To be able to operate fire extinguisher in case of fire To report an incident as soon as possible to immediate supervisor and HSE manager To complete HSE trainings as instructed to do so
