Data Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Professional to support the design and implementation of a comprehensive enterprise-wide data management framework.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing industry best-practice based EDM frameworks, conducting data maturity assessments, defining master data governance policies, establishing data quality frameworks, and implementing metadata management strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement EDM frameworks that align with industry best practices.
  • Evaluate the current state of data maturity through regular assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and enforce master data governance policies to ensure consistency across all business units.
  • Implement data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data.
  • Manage metadata using metamodels, data catalogs, lineage tracking, and glossaries.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide data models to ensure consistency.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for data quality to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), SAP MDG certification, Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, data governance tools, metadata management tools, and BI analytics tools.
