Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Master Data Management (MDM) Governance Expert to spearhead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide MDM processes. This role will be responsible for defining and governing global MDM standards, frameworks, and governance processes while overseeing a customized MDM solution.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. They should have a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide data management programs in large, complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global MDM policies, workflows, and data governance frameworks across multiple domains.
  • Lead the design, enhancement, and optimization of the customized MDM solution, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to harmonize data standards across geographies and functions.
  • Evaluate effective integration and alignment between MDM processes and SAP ERP systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12-14 years of relevant experience in Master Data Governance and MDM solutions.
  • Strong experience in global process ownership and data governance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems with the ability to align customized MDM processes with ERP requirements.
  • Proven track record of driving enterprise-wide data management programs in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
