Master Data Management Lead

The ideal candidate will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive Master Data Management strategy and roadmap, ensuring seamless integration across end-to-end master data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide Master Data Management strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead a team of MDM analysts and specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define data governance policies and business rules, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and retirement of master data records in systems such as SAP, Teamcenter, and ERP platforms.
  • Implement data quality controls, audit processes, and exception handling workflows to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.
  • Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and metadata structures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Partner with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure master data adheres to relevant policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SAP, Teamcenter, or other PLM/ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of master data domains, including material master, BOMs, customers, vendors, and other key data domains.
