Job Title:

A Customer Service Focal Point will be responsible for handling day-to-day inquiries and providing exceptional support to customers. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing front desk operations, performing administrative tasks, and communicating effectively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and responding to messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing front desk operations, including receiving guests and handling inquiries efficiently
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping with high accuracy
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support by addressing customer concerns promptly
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Experience in reception duties and clerical skills with proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
