Senior Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales growth and revenue for our cybersecurity solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and executing sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales or sales management, with a proven track record of success in cybersecurity sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and results-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
