We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts for foreign campuses in India.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals, leveraging multiple sourcing channels and building strong talent pipelines. They will be responsible for crafting compelling job descriptions and promoting openings through relevant channels, while ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment journey for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers and business heads to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Leverage job portals, referrals, social media, academic networks, and talent pools to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Drive a professional and transparent recruitment journey from first interaction to onboarding.
  • Employer Branding & Job Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with people managers and leadership to support the people agenda.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on managing talent acquisition portfolios.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams and scaling recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
