As a key player in our organization's growth strategy, the Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and hiring top talent for technology and product roles.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through targeted candidate relationship interactions and strategic hiring partnerships.
- Hiring Process Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes, reduce time-to-hire, and improve overall efficiency.
- Candidate Experience: Drive a seamless hiring experience by ensuring exceptional customer service standards for both internal and external candidates.
- Selection Decision Support: Provide consultation on selection decisions, including complex terms and conditions, and offer strong support to management on recruiting and Human Resources policy.
- 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) experience, preferably in a corporate setting with full life cycle recruiting expertise.
- Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Aptitude for innovation and adaptability, with a focus on driving results-oriented solutions.
