Cloud Telephony Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cloud Telephony Technical Support Executive to join our team at Sarv. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to cloud telephony systems, ensuring seamless communication services for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to all customer queries in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures, service levels, based on customer demands to meet their needs and ensure quality service is given at all times.
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines.
- Support any new initiatives in the directorate.
- Balance customer interests with the interests of Sarv.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and written, to identify and document necessary information.
**Experience Required:**
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support or customer service in a cloud telephony or telecommunications environment.
**What We Offer:**
- An estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
