We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the entire territory and team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and account management. You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth.
- Responsible for all aspects of business development and sales activities.
- Manage key customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the project engineering team to design solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Provide technical support to customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable solutions.
- Prepare cost estimates, prepare and send techno-commercial proposals, and participate in tenders.
- Negotiate contracts, coordinate between project teams and customers during execution, and resolve technical and commercial issues.
- Achieve business targets, coordinate with customers during acceptance and proving phase, collect payments, and manage newly acquired customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, market knowledge of states or territories handling, and ability to work as an individual contributor and team player are essential for success in this role.
