Responsibilities:

  • Drive profit and loss management across multiple businesses, cultures, and regulations.
  • Grow business as per Annual Operating Plan with profitability.
  • Manage multiple functions across varied geographies.
  • Achieve or exceed balanced scorecard targets.
  • Implement operating policies and procedures across functional areas.
  • Anticipate and coordinate the resolution of cross-functional challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Translate long-term business strategy into long-term business goals.
  • Develop, lead, and motivate Directors and Managers.
  • Develop high-functioning teams and understand regional market dynamics.
  • Make key decisions affecting company direction.
  • Build a positive and productive company culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Electrical/Mechanical.
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Industrial Products business related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in Industrial Products business related field.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

Language Proficiency: English, Telugu, Hindi.
