Strategic HR Leader

This is a dynamic role requiring a seasoned HR leader to drive both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, strategic advisory capability, and a data-driven approach to compensation and benefits.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals. They will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on organization design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy. Key responsibilities include driving initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning, leading change management efforts, and supporting transformation programs from a people and culture lens.

Additionally, the candidate will lead the design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions. They will partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews. The performance appraisal cycle will be owned and executed by the candidate, ensuring reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business goals. Collaboration with Finance, Legal, and other teams is essential to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits. Prior experience managing ESOP programs is beneficial.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
