Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resource management and wants to make a positive impact in the retail industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the Retail Business objectives and Staff related challenges, as well as driving governance on human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement & cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with Regional Managers/Territory Managers on Recruitment, Compensation and Employee Relations
  • Operating independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development
  • Training, mentoring and leading HR initiatives and best Practices
  • Directly interacting with store staffs to implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies
  • Managing HR operations, Induction, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Exit Process
  • Coaching individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities
  • Ownership of HR policies and directives with smooth implementation across the organisation

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years' of retail relationship experience preferably from Large format Business;
  • Ability to manage big teams;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Conversational proficiency in Hindi and English.

This role requires travel across the country for staff meetings.
