The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage HRM and administrative functions for the Mumbai region;">
  • Implement recruitment and selection processes, including partnering with recruitment consultants and other relevant stakeholders;">
  • Support organization development activities by working with team managers;">
  • Interface with various stakeholders to implement HR policies and procedures;">
  • Identify training needs and organize induction and other training programs;">
  • Support maintenance of attendance and other statutory records;">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field;">
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR, with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management;">
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills;">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;">
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems is desirable;">
