Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead and manage our HR function. As a key member of the management team, you will drive strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team, setting clear goals, balancing workloads, and driving accountability.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  • Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration, including payroll, statutory filings, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Champion employee experience, providing office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
  • Develop and execute a culture-building strategy, designing targeted initiatives, workshops, and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Embed our organization's values through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events.
  • Design and approve our total-rewards framework, including salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and ESOP communications.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development initiatives, including SteepGraph University curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on social media, Glassdoor, and campus outreach.
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance, including sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, HRIS data integrity, and HR-tech optimizations.

Requirements

  • Masters in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university or institute.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication, influence, and engagement abilities at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
