Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our HR systems architecture.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, as well as experience with SaaS-based HR platforms. You will work closely with our global HR team to ensure the smooth operation of our HR systems and provide excellent support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement HR systems architecture to meet business needs
  • Maintain and enhance existing HR systems to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to integrate HR systems with other business applications
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across all HR platforms
  • Provide training and support to HR team members and end users on system updates and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR systems administration within a fast-paced, global environment
  • Experience with SaaS-based HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
