We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to manage our recruitment and administration efforts. As the Executive Leader, you will be responsible for leading full recruitment cycles, developing HR policies and best practices, maintaining employee records, driving employee engagement and performance management initiatives, overseeing office operations, managing vendor relationships, and processing payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Drive employee engagement through training programs, performance management initiatives, and recognition schemes.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
  • Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
