Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our autonomous networks strategy, driving growth and innovation in the telecom industry.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global strategy for autonomous networks, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Lead large-scale delivery programs with CSPs and OEMs, leveraging advanced automation and AI/ML solutions to drive business impact.
  • Promote next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Represent our company at global industry events, executive forums, and customer boardroom discussions, shaping perspectives on autonomous networks.
  • Built high-performing technical and delivery teams across geographies, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Partner with senior executives, technology leaders, and ecosystem partners to design and implement transformative solutions at scale.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in network automation, AI/ML-driven operations, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Track record of success leading global transformation programs for CSPs and OEMs, from vision to large-scale execution.
  • Executive presence and influence with ability to engage senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex global organizations.
  • Business and commercial acumen with strong ability to balance technology leadership with business growth outcomes.
  • Educational background: Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred; executive leadership certifications a plus.
