Job Title: Partnerships Liaison
We are seeking a driven and ambitious professional to join our Partnerships & Alliances team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of impactful marketing collaborations with key stakeholders.
You will be hands-on in creating strategic partnerships, conducting research, coordinating with partners,
and ensuring smooth delivery of projects. This position offers excellent exposure to
international tourism boards, attractions, and lifestyle brands, with ample opportunities for
professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
- Define project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Build persuasive and visually compelling proposals (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Canva) to communicate value propositions and ROI.
- Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
- Manage project tracking (UTMs, dashboards), analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
- Manage professional communication with internal teams (content, design, paid marketing, CRM) and external partners.
- Leverage AI and digital tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, GA4, Looker, Similarweb, HubSpot, Google Ads) to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
- Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
Success Metrics:
- Deliver 2–3 live partner collaborations with measurable KPIs.
- Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
- Publish a monthly "Destination & Trends" memo for the Alliances team.
