Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee our new business line.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy, collaborating with senior leadership to drive growth and success.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions through structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Drive long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and regular business reviews to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives, building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Improve internal processes, analyzing bottlenecks and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and key metrics, providing data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Champion process automation and scalable systems to support business growth and expansion.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive results.
  • Prepare high-quality reporting and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in the startup, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights, with proficiency in operational management software and tools.
