- A key aspect of this role is ensuring adherence to sales budgets and negotiating terms with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and resolving queries will be critical to delivering exceptional service.
- This role also involves identifying opportunities for integrated solutions and ensuring timely execution of orders to meet customer expectations.
- Liaising with the operations team and customers to ensure smooth delivery and collections will require effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Additionally, providing technical support, recording and resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities Include:
