Channel Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Channel Operations Support Specialist to provide operational support to internal channel teams and external partners. Your key responsibilities will include responding to and managing inbound requests and inquiries relating to the partner program.

Your Impact
  • Provide broad-based operational support to the partner program, particularly by responding to inbound requests from channel partners and internal ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Act as liaison for the Global Ecosystem Operations team with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales Ops, Data Governance, and IT.
  • Lead and support the defining, implementation, and enablement of business process improvements.
  • Initiate and establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization to ensure alignment and ongoing effectiveness.
  • Assist with tool maintenance and data clean-up projects.
Requirements

For this role, we are looking for a candidate with relevant 4+ years of experience managing, investigating, resolving high-volume cases using an email-based ticketing system or something similar. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
