
HR Team Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of our HR department. This role will ensure seamless execution of HR policies and programs, fostering a positive and professional work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews and facilitate onboarding and induction of new employees
- Handle pre-joining documentation and background verification
- Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases
- Assist in payroll preparation with accurate leave and attendance data
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Organize engagement activities and events
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Performance Management & Training
- Assist with performance appraisal processes
- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records
- General HR Support
- Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, transfer, exit, etc.)
- Coordinate exit formalities including clearance
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
