Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the growth of our Indian team, enhancing our employer brand, and providing excellent HR services.

  • The ideal candidate will have 8-13 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of recruiting channels in India and existing networks with local headhunters/recruiting agencies.
  • The candidate will also have experience with high volume recruiting, payroll, and extensive knowledge of Indian employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the growth of our Indian team, including implementing measures to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Provide excellent HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement local HR processes and regulations based on legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in HR, preferably in SaaS or digital consulting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indian languages.
  • Fluency in MS Office and HR software (Workday).
