Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead our regional function. The successful candidate will oversee the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, personnel management, and administration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.

This role offers an opportunity to lead the regional HR function and implement policies and processes at a leading business in the Green Energy Segment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment: Developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent, managing the recruitment process, and building relationships with hiring managers.
  • Learning and Development: Launching Skill Development Centres and implementing L&D strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management System: Conducting training on Performance Management System and associated policies for the regional team.
  • Personnel Management: Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Administration: Managing day-to-day administrative operations, overseeing housekeeping and pantry operations, and ensuring timely communication with employees and external stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
