The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This involves assisting with HR management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and training processes.
- Manage employee data, including personnel records and benefits information.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Certification in HR or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI PHR).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
