Senior Human Resources Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Human Resources professional to drive seamless HR operations.

This role is critical in managing employee attendance records, processing monthly payroll, maintaining leave management systems, and ensuring compliance with policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attendance Management: Ensure accuracy in timesheets and manage employee attendance records.
  • Payroll Administration: Administer and process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Leave Management: Maintain and update leave management systems, ensuring fair and consistent policy implementation.
  • HR Operations: Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and share HR reports (attendance summaries, payroll reports, compliance reports) with management and ensure compliance with statutory laws and organizational policies.
  • End-to-End HR Support: Support end-to-end HR operational activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits.
  • Candidate Onboarding: Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters, ensuring smooth candidate onboarding.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations (attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts).
  • Knowledge of payroll software, Excel, and HRMS systems.
  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
