Job Overview

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Design and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication, conflict resolution, and a respectful work environment.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • Training and Development: Identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate employee skill enhancement and career growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • HR Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation, and identify areas for process improvement and propose and implement HR initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification.
  • SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) certification.
  • Experience working in a global organization.
