Job Description:

As a strategic HR leader you will drive both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for our dynamic organization.

This position requires strong business alignment strategic advisory capability and a data-driven approach to compensation and benefits.

  • Work closely with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on org design talent planning leadership development and workforce strategy.
  • Drive key initiatives across engagement retention and succession planning.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture lens.
Responsibilities:HR Business Partnering:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute a people strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on organizational design talent management and leadership development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement retention and succession planning.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformations.
Total Rewards:
  • Design benchmark and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on compensation and benefits surveys market benchmarking and pay parity reviews.
  • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Ensure reward programs are compliant consistent and aligned with company values and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance Legal and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet business and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
