Job Role:

Business Operations Partner

 

  • Align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution of core HR processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs to effectively integrate new hires into the organization.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, supporting timely resolution in a compliant manner.
  • Assist managers with performance management cycles, including goal setting and development plans.
  • Monitor key people metrics like attrition, engagement, and productivity through data insights from HR dashboards.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment culture.
  • Support organizational change efforts by ensuring effective communication and employee alignment during transitions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience in generalist or HRBP support roles with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (from a reputable institution).
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport and managing relationships across levels.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, inductions, and supporting performance processes.
  • Organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail and process adherence.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards is preferred.
  • A self-starter able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
