You will work on recruitment and talent acquisition, onboarding and employee engagement, HR documentation and policy drafting, learning and development coordination, HR analytics and dashboard reporting, performance management and feedback cycles, and HRIS and compliance basics.

We are looking for individuals who are enrolled in or have recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with HR software and tools is a plus.
