Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite automation specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing, writing, and maintaining automated test cases and scripts.

Your primary focus will be on automating regression tests for key eCommerce workflows such as order-to-cash, inventory sync, tax/shipping calculations, and product updates. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

Additionally, you will perform end-to-end testing of NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) and other eCommerce integrations. Your expertise in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes will enable you to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have relevant 3+ years of experience in QA/testing roles, with a mix of manual and automation testing. Experience working with NetSuite (SuiteCommerce or SCA) and understanding of core ERP/eCommerce flows is essential. A Netsuite SuiteFoundation Certification and solid knowledge of test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestCafe) are required.

You should also have experience writing and maintaining automation scripts in JavaScript, Python, or Java. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail are necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams, are also essential.
