Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an Executive in Human Resources. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR software systems.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards for management review and insights.
  • Design and implement HR initiatives and systems to drive business performance.
  • Assist in designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Manage and resolve employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize training & development programs to enhance professional growth and development.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive working culture.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advance Excel skills with hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years.
  • Hands-on experience with skills like: Macros, Pivot table, MS Office, Power BI (Additional).
  • Proficient in working with large datasets of minimum 2000+ employees.
  • Primary role will be HR Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Secondary role will be HR Generalist activities (e.g., Performance Management System, Recruitment, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and HR tools/software.
  • Experience with HRMS systems.
  • Expertise in MS Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
