We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our human resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and workplace culture. This includes:
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit processes.
- Overseeing end-to-end recruitment, writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRMS data securely.
- Ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
- Conducting performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
- Generating HR reports on hiring, attrition, engagement, and other workforce analytics for management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience in India across all major HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
- Experience designing and running engagement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally.
