Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced project leader to manage a team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee daily tasks, while adhering to project scope, schedule, and deliverables.

  • Own the successful delivery of project value, meeting customer expectations.
  • Create and maintain project plans and track completion of project tasks.
  • Track risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage communication and escalation of issues.
  • Provide regular project status reports to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users.

The role involves working directly with a utility client to lead a team of experts in implementing Oracle's CX4U solution for a high call volume call center.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the Utilities domain.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the utilities industry.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience leading projects utilizing standard project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and handle conflicting priorities.
