Job Description:

The successful DevOps Expert partners with internal product groups and development teams to develop technical design and processes for continuous integration and deployment of top priority projects. This position requires collaboration with Development, Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to provide the right level of agility within a defined delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide CI/CD skills, forward thinking, self-motivation, and effective work in a diverse team striving for excellence
  • Support all CI/CD tools operational needs such as enhancements, vulnerability management, patching, upgrades, complete lifecycle

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and/or 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Delivering and supporting enterprise customer facing solutions
  • Designing and developing enterprise class distributed CI/CD Tools/systems
  • Leading the designing and developing enterprise class distributed CI/CD Tools/systems
  • Automation/integration effort for end user Onboarding for enterprise systems (CI/CD Tools)
  • Interaction with customers to analyze, validate, specify, verify, document and manage solution requirements
  • .Net, Python and/or Java development/framework, public/private cloud environments (AWS/Azure), Automation/Continuous Integration (Terraform, SonarQube, Jenkins, BitBucket, Harness)
  • SDLC including associated deployment methodologies, Onboarding, QA processes, and performance tuning efforts and Source Code Management with GitLab
  • Nexus Repository Management environment

Preferrable Requirements:

  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry or other highly regulated industries
  • Previous Development/System Engineering experience in heterogeneous environments
  • Automation and configuration management tools like Salt, Ansible
  • Managing multiple technology projects and teams simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
