About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled technical expert to join our team as a ServiceNow SME.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for delivering robust and scalable solutions to support cyber security processes.

  • As a ServiceNow SME, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, development, and support for the ServiceNow platform within our Cyber Security Engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have strong secondary-level education, a degree in Computer Science or related field, and 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.

Prior exposure to cyber security or information security roles is advantageous, and the candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, knowledge of the SecOps VR module, proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API, and familiarity with enterprise security tools.

Security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CEH are desirable, and the candidate should be able to work in a hybrid mode and be flexible with shift timing.

  • The role involves identifying gaps and inefficiencies in ServiceNow workflows and integrations, recommending improvements, supporting remediation tracking and risk acceptance processes through ServiceNow, and collaborating with IT Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams to ensure ServiceNow supports our cyber risk framework.
  • The ServiceNow SME will also be responsible for continuously refining ServiceNow development practices and coding standards, embedding automation and orchestration to improve efficiency of cyber security processes, ensuring ServiceNow changes are fully documented, tested, and approved through governance forums, and aligning ServiceNow development activities with organisational risk policies, regulatory frameworks, and internal audit findings.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a high level of technical expertise.
