Process Trainer

The role of a Process Trainer is to provide day-to-day functional direction to agents within the training classroom environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring student progress, providing coaching and feedback, and making readiness recommendations.

  • Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics.
  • Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills to train agents in creative techniques and adult learning methods.
  • Prepare and present training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
  • Maintain relevant product knowledge for each account by attending client and cross-functional meetings, and taking calls as needed.
  • E nsure effective communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs using feedback methods such as focus groups, interviews, and surveys.
Key Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with two to four years of relevant experience is preferred. Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills is essential.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines of deliverables.
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop good relationships.
