Training Officer Job Description">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to new hires, focusing on soft skills and negotiation techniques.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan, incorporating monthly cyclic activities, refresher training, update training, and PKT.
  • Monitor and analyze training needs, understanding the learning requirements of diverse groups.
  • Liaise with Quality and Operations to identify, screen, and implement process improvement plans.
  • Ensure timely completion of training tasks and assignments, even on short notice.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Take ownership of new hires' performance during the OJT period, including attrition.

Functional/Operational Responsibilities:

  • Regularly review advisor calls, provide immediate feedback, and sign off on documented feedback.
  • Offer constructive feedback to team members regarding their performance and any escalation issues.
  • Monitor cross-team calls every month and nominate floorwalkers among the team.
  • Conduct process refreshers and policy refreshers as needed.
  • Nominate advisors to lead buzz sessions and handle escalation calls for the team.
  • Share good and bad calls, create product-level FAQs, and nominate hall of fame and hall of shame for OJT batches.
  • Lead buzz sessions for updates and share new information with the team, including targets for the day.
  • Check login schedules and manage attrition through regular communication with advisors and tracking EWS changes in behavior, performance, and attendance.
