Senior Learning Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Learning and Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting, delivering, and evaluating impactful training programs that drive business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and execute comprehensive training sessions across locations, ensuring consistency and quality.
- To oversee end-to-end learning & engagement programs with clear performance metrics, aligning with strategic objectives.
- To mentor and develop trainers for consistent delivery, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- To consolidate training data, track performance indicators, and provide insights to inform informed decisions.
- To engage stakeholders, align programs strategically, and mitigate risks to ensure seamless program execution.
- To lead a team of Learning & Development professionals to delegate and achieve the annual L&D goals, driving business growth.
- To create, design, and deliver new training modules, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- To conduct needs analysis and define training requirements, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 8-10 years' experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources.
- Strong facilitation, program management & stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and drive continuous improvement, fostering a positive work environment.
