Communications Trainer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Communications Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering voice, accent neutralization, and communication skills training to new hires and existing staff.

  • Conduct needs analysis, pre-assessments, and design customized training interventions accordingly.
  • Facilitate New Hire Training (NHT) batches on communication, language, culture, and customer handling skills.
  • Coach agents on pronunciation, grammar, clarity, fluency, and overall customer interaction etiquette.
  • Develop and update training content, modules, and materials based on business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a contact center environment and excellent communication skills.
