Job Title: Program Coordinator - Skill Development

The role involves managing the execution of skill training programs across multiple centers. This includes ensuring compliance with project guidelines, liaison with stakeholders, and supporting mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of skill training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines under various schemes.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders including government departments and local authorities.
  • Support mobilization, training operations, and placement activities.
  • Monitor center performance through regular visits and reporting.
  • Assist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports.
  • Deliver training and capacity building for field staff and trainers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in skill development, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape.
  • Ability to travel extensively across different districts of the state.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Prior experience with schemes such as DDUGKY, PMKVY, OSDA, ORMAS.
  • Fluency in Odia, with working knowledge of English and Hindi.
  • Self-driven with ability to manage teams and deliver results within deadlines.
