About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Development Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end recruitment strategies tailored to skilled artisans, experienced showroom executives, gem specialists, and back-office personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Collaboration with Store Leadership: Collaborate with store leadership to identify staffing needs for peak retail periods, such as festive seasons and wedding periods.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Cultivate a robust talent pipeline that upholds the brand's standards of integrity, hospitality, and tradition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Training & Development: Design training programs focused on product knowledge, customer interaction, and brand storytelling.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems aligned with employee goals, store-level revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and product expertise.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster a familial work environment reflective of the brand's traditional roots and customer-first philosophy.
  • Policy Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour regulations, jewellery trade-specific mandates, and internal ethical guidelines.
