Job Title: Talent Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic talent initiatives that align with our business goals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing effective employee development programs, coaching and mentoring staff, and building strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding & Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure new hires are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
    • Create personalized development plans for employees to help them achieve their career goals
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training programs
  • Talent Management & Coaching:
    • Provide regular coaching and feedback to employees to help them improve their performance and address any skill gaps
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide recommendations for employee promotions or development opportunities
    • Mentor and guide high-potential employees to help them advance in their careers
  • Succession Planning & Leadership Development:
    • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure the continued growth and success of our organization
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify leadership development opportunities for existing employees
    • Design and deliver training programs to equip leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive business results

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective employee development programs
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to think strategically and drive business results through talent development initiatives
