
Key Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role is a generalist position within the Human Resources department, requiring experience in full-cycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, HR analytics, and learning and development. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with partners to meet their talent requirements.
The successful individual will be responsible for working from an office environment, five days a week. They should be achievement-oriented, focused on task excellence in terms of timeliness and quality of work. Additionally, they must be comfortable multitasking and able to work effectively with multiple clients, utilizing a collaborative approach.
Experience with innovative solutioning, agile methodologies, and thinking on one's feet would be highly advantageous. This is an individual role, therefore strong collaborative working across the talent team is necessary. Hosting HR initiatives and programs, as well as public speaking, would be a valuable asset.
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, interview coordination with partners, offer management, and post-offer engagement.
- Talent Management: Online onboarding, documentation, conducting induction sessions, confirmation processes, exit interviews, and analysis, pulse, and new joiners' feedback.
- Manage internship processes.
- Engagement: Conceptualize, plan, and execute engagement programs based on the Employee Experience (EE) calendar.
- Learning and Development: Conduct HR/Talent process sessions, conceptualize, and plan soft skills programs.
- HR Projects: Willingness to take on HR projects in any talent-focused area, planning, and executing.
- HR Analytics/Dashboards: Ability to create dashboards/HR analytics of tasks executed and send reports to management.
Candidates should possess a good and consistent academic record. An MBA in Human Resources from a reputable college or university would be preferred.
