Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to support our organization's full scope of human resources responsibilities and partner with us on strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization, ensuring seamless recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, providing constructive feedback to employees to foster growth and development.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee data management to ensure efficient HR operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong recruiting skills and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
