- Design and deliver end-to-end training solutions encompassing product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, visual merchandising basics, and claims guardrails.
- Develop multi-format content including decks, playbooks, 2-minute WhatsApp videos, role-plays, and quizzes in Hindi and English to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, and roadshows, as well as monthly masterclasses to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement learning management systems (LMS) and trackers, publish training calendars, and report impact using data-driven dashboards.
- Lead regional trainers, onboard channel trainers, and supervise external academies and vendors to drive business objectives.
- 6-10 years of experience in beauty or personal care retail training, with a proven track record of leading pan-India training programs.
- A strong understanding of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain INCI and shade science simply, enabling effective communication with learners.
- Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English, with confidence in facilitating and presenting on-camera to engage diverse audiences.
- Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills, with expertise in Google Sheets or Excel, and familiarity with LMS to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and launches, with high travel comfort to meet business demands.
- Experience as a Merchandiser/Executive Business Owner (EBO), or cosmetology certification to enhance leadership capabilities and industry knowledge.
