Purchasing Operations Manager
About the Job:- The Purchasing Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and managing robust purchasing processes to ensure alignment with the organization's standards and procedures.
- This role will also involve delivering centralized processes that lead to standardization, efficiency, and assurance, with a focus on automation where possible.
- The successful candidate will manage cross-border interactions and country nuances, collaborating with global stakeholders to provide advice, governance, and support on all aspects relating to purchasing and invoicing for suppliers.
About You:
- You should have experience with end-to-end procurement to pay process, including raising purchase requisitions in tools such as Coupa, Ariba, or similar.
- Knowledge of the entire source to pay lifecycle in global organizations and collaboration with stakeholders across the entire process is highly valued.
- You should be able to optimize PO and invoice processes, looking for possibilities of automation, consolidation, and other best practices.
