Job Overview

The Senior Executive - Finance role is a key position in our organization, responsible for performing reconciliations, reviewing supplier invoices, preparing monthly MIS reports, and monitoring receivables. This includes maintaining financial data across systems, processing invoices, generating MIS reports, and ensuring proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform reconciliations for customer and vendor ledgers, and inter-company transactions.
  • Review and verify supplier invoices in line with contractual agreements, and record entries in the accounting system.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, revenue statements, and reconcile income and expenditure reports.
  • Oversee monthly billing for cargo handling and counter sales, ensuring daily/monthly reconciliation of the accounting system.
  • Monitor receivables, follow up with debtors, and prepare monthly ageing reports.
  • Maintain and update financial data across systems such as RSmart and COSYS.
  • Process invoices and accurately record receipts.
  • Generate MIS reports and costing sheets for using financial data.
  • Ensure proper documentation and backup for all financial transactions.
  • Conduct general ledger reviews and analysis.
  • Assist auditors during financial audits and statement preparation.
  • Deliver invoices to clients and submit acknowledgments.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager or department head.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Commerce or CA Inter with 3–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Master of Commerce or MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications and financial systems.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, experience with ERP systems, and exposure to the aviation industry.
