Financial Leadership Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM and a deep understanding of the financial consolidation and close process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and configure Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes.
  2. Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the FCCS platform.
  3. Configure and manage financial close workflows, ensuring efficient and accurate financial consolidations.
  4. Design and implement data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems.
  5. Provide expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation, and consolidation adjustments.
  6. Develop and configure financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting.
  7. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimizing the system for performance.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM
  • Deep understanding of financial consolidation and close process
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle FCCS and related technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
